Begin by doing some body weight rows, only do them inverted.You need to have something over you that you can reach for and grasp, so be creative if you don’t have a bar.
Pull yourself up until your chest is at the same level as your hands. Lower yourself slowly and then repeat until you can’t do it any more.Each bicep should feel like it’s been worked out by the time you’re done

To do this exercise, stand on 1 foot and put your back foot on a bench. Lower your hips straight down and power backup, allowing your front leg to do the work. You’ll feel a good stretch while you are in the down position.
Complete about 20 repetitions on your left and then on your right. Next, you’re going to end this cycle by doing push-ups with a closed grip.Your arms will do some more work like you did with the rows at the beginning.
Get an in plank position with your hands clenched.Perform the pushup until you cannot complete any more of them.You have performed this cycle once now,so take half a minute to rest and then do it again twice.
