I’m a retired CEO of a resort industry business. I had 30 years in sales and marketing until liver disease felled me. I had a liver transplant in the spring of 2008. Due to my illness I have had a new found understanding of health and how to sustain it. My passion is to get health information out to my readers in the hope that it will benefit someone by casting a little light on what may be an otherwise very dark place they are in.
